Executive Leadership
Protel Communication is led by Founder and Managing Partner Max Vidal, an industry professional with more than 37 years of experience in technology infrastructure, structured cabling, and complex multi-site deployments. His background in design, implementation, and large-scale project management has positioned the company as a trusted partner for retail and commercial organizations nationwide.
Max provides strategic oversight on technical operations, ensuring every project meets rigorous industry standards for quality, compliance, scalability, and long-term performance.
Serving alongside him is Co-Founder and Managing Partner Ariadna Vidal, who leads the company’s operational and organizational strategy. Ariadna oversees corporate administration, financial management, client relations, and internal process development, ensuring operational efficiency and accountability across all projects and markets.
Together, their leadership combines technical expertise with disciplined operational management — enabling Protel Communication to execute complex infrastructure initiatives with consistency and precision nationwide.
Their focus remains on building long-term strategic partnerships, delivering dependable infrastructure solutions, and supporting clients through growth, expansion, and national rollouts.

Matthew is our Field Operations Manager, bringing over 18 years of customer service experience to his role. With a strong background in problem-solving and customer support, he is committed to ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service. Prior to joining Protel Coimmunications, Matthew spent eight years as a mail carrier with the United States Postal Service, where he developed a strong work ethic and dedication to serving the community. His experience and people-first approach help drive reliable results and positive customer experiences.
Field Operations Manager
Madhu is the Controller at Protel Communication and is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial management, accounting operations, and fiscal strategy. She holds an MBA in Finance and brings a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and operational oversight, playing a key role in maintaining the company’s financial integrity and supporting its long-term growth.
Controller
Jose serves as the Field Supervisor at Protel Communication, working directly onsite with clients to oversee installations, service work, and technical support. He leads field technicians during projects, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Jose helps coordinate job activities in the field, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure installations are completed according to project specifications and client expectations. His hands-on experience and leadership in the field play a key role in delivering reliable solutions for Protel’s clients.
Field Supervisor
Lizy serves as the Operations Administrator at Protel Communication, bringing many years of experience in office support and administrative management. She plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by coordinating schedules, supporting project logistics, and assisting both clients and field teams. Lizy’s strong organizational skills and attention to detail help ensure efficient communication, streamlined processes, and reliable support across all areas of the business.
OPERATIONS ADMINSTRATOR
Tim is the Sales Manager at Protel Communication, responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Tim brings 15 years of experience in the sales and service sector. He works closely with organizations to identify technology needs and provide solutions that support their operations. Tim’s consultative approach and commitment to service help ensure every project is executed smoothly and delivers long-term value to our clients.
